Gradiant is a Research & Tecnology Organization (RTO) focused on connectivity, intelligence and security technologies. Gradiant is an innovation provider, with over 10 years of experience on technology incubation and more than 100 engineers, Gradiant has a footprint in 29 countries and over 170 customers.
After ten years of activity, Gradiant has quintupled the license agreements of its innovation projects in the last two years, which already reach 150 licenses in 18 countries. Some recent public international references include Telefónica, Vodafone, Samsung, PSA Peugeot Citroën, NATO, Indra, Everis, Babcock international, and Boeing.
Role in the PERSIST project
In PERSIST, GRADIANT will be the project coordinator based on its extensive scientific experience.
Deeping into the project work packages, GRADIANT will lead WP1-Scientific and aministrative Management an Coordination, WP2-PERSIST specifications and methodology and WP9-Ethics requirements.
Furthermore, GRADIANT will also contribute actively to several specific tasks, such as: WP2-T2.5 PERSIST main architecture and outcomes, WP3-T3.5 PERSIST verficiation and evaluation, WP4-T4.4 Design and implementation of software-based sensing network recognizing symptoms and risk factors through sentic computing, WP5-T5.3 Cohort and trajectory analysis, WP5-T5.4 CDSS Inference engine, WP7-T7.3 Identification of security and privacy framework, WP7-T7.4 Security and privacy management and assessment.
A part from technical and management tasks, GRADIANT, with all the partners, will collaborate in WP8 awareness raising activities and business development.
